Really good Experience

The staff was helpful, offering recommendations for local attractions. Our room was super clean. Daily cleaning was available. Complimentary bottles of water were replenished daily, a very nice touch. The location is superb, with a short walk to the Cathedral and many restaurants.
The soundproofing was inadequate. Noise from adjacent bathrooms and breakfast preparation was disruptive early each morning. Sleeping past 7am proved impossible. Light also seeped in, as I had an internal window facing the dining room. This made it difficult to achieve complete darkness at night.

The rooftop terrace features a bar and sun loungers; it offered a pleasant space. Complimentary toiletries, along with a personal robe and slippers, are provided in each room, a great benefit. The gym had modern equipment.

The reception service was flawless, I must say. The staff was courteous and very attentive to our needs, always ready to assist. They provided useful recommendations regarding nearby points of interest.

i had such a blast! the hotel's location let me walk to everything i wanted to see. plus, the service was amazing. my room was super clean, and i slept like a baby in the comfy bed!
honestly, the only tiny issue was the soundproofing. i could hear a bit of noise from the hallway sometimes.

The staff was helpful and always friendly. the breakfast was lovely with a good variety. the pool was nice for a city center hotel. It got the sun all day and was quiet.
I found that sleeping beyond 7am was impossible. the soundproofing was poor, and i could hear everything from the bathroom next door. i could also hear breakfast preparation from below. Plates and cutlery noises were prevalent.
